ohol and/or Betadine are used to prepare skin prior to surgery but hydrogen peroxide is not. Why might this be?

Explanation:

Hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic that is more potent than 70% isopropyl alcohol and betadine but even then it is not used by doctors because it has a damaging effect on skin cells.

Our cells contain catalase enzyme which reacts with hydrogen peroxide and release reactive oxygen species which cause cytotoxic effect. So applying hydrogen peroxide on the wound to clean it destroys the cells and delay the healing of the wound.  

Therefore due to damaging side effects of hydrogen peroxide on human cells, it is generally not used by doctors.

No, Stomach pepsin digests about 20% of the proteins the rest is digested in the small intestine enzymes but yes protines are digested by hydrolysis

The study of population is useful because you can see how popular sections of your country or even the world are. You can see where the most dense parts of Cities and countries are to see what kinds of regulations you might have to put in place for say, worldwide pandemics such as the Coco-19 pandemic. It's also useful because you can see why certain area are more popular than others. reaons might include things like mining towns drawing in people from around that area etc etc. The study of population might also be useful if you're trying to establish a busniess and want to start it in a place you know it'ss be successful, such as a higher populated town near you.

The study of population can also be refered t as population demographics or demography.
