The ANWSER is 16 I don't think I can show you a area model try your best you can make 64 squares the get and put them into groups of 4 if that helps and there should be 16 groups

Y intercept in the problem -2x+3y=1

The answer is 3y=1+2x
i say this because if the answer ain't telling you to solve for x the you just do this
-2x+3y=1
+2x     =1+2x which all u have to do now is drop the positive 3y 
which gives you 3y=1+2x
