can someone help me with these questions and explain it? im not sure if the first answer is right or not

Biology

For the first question the answer is most likely A, because atmospheric CO2 has nothing to do with the convection currents in the mantle, or how often earthquakes occur or volcanoes erupt. CO2 dissolved in water forms carbonic acid, which erodes rock, and may cause caves to form

As for the second question, either By or DVD may be right. Crops are rotated to ensure that the soil does not get depleted of certain nutritients that some plants take up more than others. Legumes contain nitrogen fixing micro-organisms in their roots which replenish nitrogen into the soil.

The asnswer is 2DG also known as 2-Deoxy-D-glucose. 2DG is a glucose molecule that has the 2-hydroxyl group replaced by hydrogen, so that it cannot undergo further glycolysis. As such; it acts to competitively inhibit the production of glucose-6-phosphate from glucose at the phosphoglucoisomerase level (step 2 of glycolysis).

Which advantage of reproduction does the graph show? Explain!
Brilliant_brown [7]

The explanation regarding the advantage of reproduction that represents the graph should be described below.

Advantages of reproduction:

Here the graph represents the bacteria population that should be raised as the time passes. At the time of 1st hour, the bacteria population should be 50 per ml.

In the second hour, the population should be doubled. In the third hour it should be 200 per ml and in 3 and half hours, the population should be 300 per ml. So here we can see that the population should be doubled with every hour.

Anuta_ua [19.1K]
The correct answer is letter C. Dendrites receive information from other neurons or from the external environment. Dendrites are part of the neurons that are responsible for receiving information from the axon and the synapses that occur within the Central and Peripheral Nervous System. These dendrites branch off into multiple other synapses in order for the body to create a long chain of nerve impulses.
