No it can’t because calculating the perimeter, you would have to add all sides of the rectangle. If you added 11 + 11 + 24 +24, the perimeter would be 70 not 60.

Select the correct answer.
Ierofanga [76]

Answer:

19.2x+96 units

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter of a square is 4 times the length of one side.

The length of the sides of a square is given by the expression 4.8x+24

To find the perimeter, we multiply this expression by 4.

Perimeter=4(4.8x+24)

We expand to obtain:

Perimeter=4*4.8x+4*24

This simplifies to:

Perimeter=19.2x+96

The point-slope form:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

We have the points (5, -3) and (-2, 9). Substitute:

m=\dfrac{9-(-3)}{-2-5}=\dfrac{12}{-7}=-\dfrac{12}{7}\\\\y-(-3)=-\dfrac{12}{7}(x-5)\\\\\boxed{y+3=-\dfrac{12}{7}(x-5)}
