D=TxR
D=18 minutes x 10 miles/hr
D= 180 minutes miles / hr      1 hr/60 minutes
D= 3 miles

T= D/R    T= 3 miles/ 30 miles/ hr  T= 1/10/hr  6 minutes

It took Ishaan 24 minutes to go 6 miles so his average speed is D/T=R
6miles/24minutes=miles/hr  1 miles/4 minutes x 60 minutes/hr =  15 miles/hr
Ishaan's average speed was 15 mph.

Find the surface area of the square pyramid if the slant height is 13mm and the base length is 11mm
FromTheMoon [43]

Answer:

The surface area of the square pyramid if the slant height is 13mm and the base length is 11mm is 407 sq.mm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Slant height of square pyramid = l = 13 mm

Base length of square pyramid = b = 11 mm

Formula of surface area of square pyramid =b^2+2bl

Substitute the values in the formula :

Surface area of square pyramid =11^2+2(11)(13)

Surface area of square pyramid =407 sq.mm.

Hence the surface area of the square pyramid if the slant height is 13mm and the base length is 11mm is 407 sq.mm.
