The answer is D.

We should rest our body if it got injured.

Doing exercise or stretch during injury time can cause further irritation. Only When the inflammation and pain are gone, then we can start to stretch and exercise it a little.

What is not one of the seven health skills that will help achieve maintain and protect physical health?
liberstina [14]

Answer:

A. dieting

Explanation:

The seven health skills are the following: Accessing Information, Analyzing Influences, Making Healthy Decisions, Goal Setting, Interpersonal Communication, Self-Management and Advocacy.

Clearly, dieting is not part of it because not all diets are good for the health. An example of this is too restrictive dieting, which prevents a person from taking in essential nutrients in the body. This, therefore, doesn't help protect a person's health.
