If he has a family history of diabetes, this means it's most likely diabetes type I. Having said that, we know his body doesn't produce insulin and he needs constant dosages of insulin. Due to this we can say that one good lifestyle change would be to be more physically active as this helps with sugar regulation. Another is that he should eat food that doesn't spike his glucose levels - that have a low GI.

What should you always do before lifting weights?
algol [13]
Hello!

Before lifting weights, you should always stretch and warm up properly. If your muscles are tight, you are more prone to injury when you begin lifting weights.

It is good to drink water during a weight-lifting session, but you do not need to drink before lifting weights. It is also a good idea to eat about an hour before your workout and within half an hour afterwards.

I hope this helps you! Have a great day!

A child age 5 years wakes up at night and finds he has wet the bed. He feels embarrassed that he had this accident and sleeps in
postnew [5]

Answer:

Shame

Explanation:

The child is very embarrassed to pee in bed, probably her parents informed her that bed peeing was not correct for a child her age and that she should avoid such behavior because it was very inappropriate. The child was embarrassed to fail to order not to pee in bed and this led to a self-assessment of this incident. From this we can state that this child is experiencing shame as a feeling of self-evaluation.
