So, this isn't technically a school problem, but my best friend recently was broken up with... It was a 3 year relationship and she's going through a hard time. What are some ways to get over a breakup? ​

Be there for her! This is the number one thing in helping. You might can’t reverse the feelings she’s having, but comforting her can really help. Let her know that you’re here for her, let her know she can talk to about anything. She should try to not stay and sulk, all the time. I know it’s hard, but the best thing for her to do is try to distract herself. Tell her to do some self care. She should take care of herself and know that it’s ok.
