Since the client was hit in the head with a ball and was knocked unconsciously, we can assume that the ball’s force was also a result of it accelerating. In this case, the client’s subdural hematoma can be classified as acute hematoma.  Acute hematoma is usually developed after a high speed acceleration or deceleration which caused larger hematomas.

Are the bumps kinda hard and squishy? If so they could possibly be either fat deposits or tumors. Its always best to get an expert approval so I recommend taking the dog to the vet just to be on the safe side.
