Why:  Alarm stage is also known as the fight or flight stage so it goes first.  Resistance stress is next and it keeps the blood pressure and hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol, higher than normal.

otez555 [7]

Answer:

D. The nurse has violated the principle of right communication

Explanation:

Effective communication includes following orders, learning new skills, making demands, asking questions and easily relaying knowledge. Effective communication also increases the quality of care provided to patients, as seen in the findings.

The RN has infringed right correspondence theory. The nurse does not approach the patient by illness or room number. That may cause confusion. Certain assignment concepts include proper monitoring, right individual and right mission.
