Infectious disease is the disease that can be caused by microbes like bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites and can be transferred from one person to another person by direct or indirect contact.
Supposing the options are heart disease, strep throat, stroke, and cancer so out of these strep throat is the disease that could be described as infectious because the bacteria that cause the strep throat can be transferred from one person to another when a healthy person comes in contact with the bacteria. Other disease can not be transferred from one person to another by contact.
