I would tell Andrea to practice a lot and perform aerobic exercises. These type of exercise, also known as "cardio", requires pumping of oxygenated blood by the heart to deliver oxygen to working muscles. In other words, by doing continuous, rythmic movements of large muscles your lungs and heart will get stronger. As a consequence, she will be able to keep physical activity for a longer time. Some exmaples of aerobic activities are: jump rope, running, swimming, stationary bike.

To develop an effective routine she will probably need to go to a personal trainer.

The piece of advice that I would give to Andrea is to keep on pushing her self by practicing. She may consider to do exercises that would increase her stamina and strengthen the muscles and parts of the body that needs to be used during the game. The may also consider eating the proper diet.

For a car of weight 9000 N the recommended tyre pressure is 18 N/cm².Find
GarryVolchara [31]

<em>math</em><em>ematically</em><em>,</em>

<em>pressure =  \frac{force}{area}</em>

<em>but</em><em> </em><em>weigh</em><em>t</em><em>=</em><em> </em><em>Force</em><em>.</em>

given pressure

18N/cm^2

and <em>Force</em> = 9000N

making <em>area</em> the subject in the relation above.

Area =  \frac{force}{pressure}

substitute their values into the equation

Area =  \frac{9000}{18}

Area = 500 {cm}^{2}

A boat has a porthole window, of
jekas [21]

Answer:

F = 534.6[N]

Explanation:

We must find the pressure exerted by the water at the depth of the boat, by means of the following equation.

P=Ro*g*h

where:

Ro = density of sea water = 1027 [kg/m³]

g = gravity acceleration = 9.81 [m/s²]

h = wáter Depth =  6.25 [m]

Now replacing:

P=1027*9.81*6.25\\P=62967.93[Pa]

The net force is:

F = P*A\\F = 62967.93*0.00849\\F = 534.6[N]
