I've uploaded a picture, refer back to it .
In the beginning, Annie's distance is increasing(in brown), but decreases only once(in orange), when she went back to get her homework.
It also increases as she goes on the freeway fast(in blue) so her distance increases rapidly in a short amount of time.
Distance stays the same for a while, as they are stopped at a light for a couple of minutes(in yellow)
Increases one more time, when they approach the school slowly. (in pink)
2. Annie travels the fastest (highlighted in blue) when she and her brother get on the freeway and reach high speeds. The graph shows this by showing a steep ascent, representing a rapid increase in distance in a short amount of time.
Hope this helps and please consider marking branliest.
Answer: 27% decrease
Step-by-step explanation:
Tan θ = -3/4.
In 4th quadrant, sin θ is negative.
Therefore, sin θ = -3/5
Answer:
y = (-5/2)x + 27
Step-by-step explanation:
Use the point slope formula y = mx + b.
Replace m with -5/2, x with -8 and y with 7:
7 = (-5/2)(8) + b. Find the y-intercept, b:
7 = -20 = b, or b = 27
The equation of this line is y = (-5/2)x + 27.
The quadratic formula is -b + or - the square root of b squared - 4 times the a value and c value over 2a. So the roots would be -1.354249 and -6.645751. I believe these are the roots.
