Strategies that would be helpful and could be recommended in mitigating negative aspects of aging could be with the use of taking up healthy foods that is recommended for the body. This will make people look younger for it is able to supply the body’s needs and to fight it with foreign substances that could consume the body, making it healthier and younger. Another recommended way, is to be able to do exercises at least five to six times a week for the body to burn off the calories, in a way this will make the body healthier and fit. Lastly, it is also best that an individual should take up water at least eight glasses a day, for the body to have more fluids and for the body to not experience dehydration.

vfiekz [6]

I believe the answer is:

- businesses can take advantage of favorable laws to make products cheaply

- businesses can take advantage of favorable taxes to make products cheaply

- businesses can take advantage of new forms of technology to make products cheaply

- businesses can take advantage of faster technology to make products faster

Globalization allows people to communicate and transport from one country to another in a way faster and cheaper manner compared to pre-globalization. Because of this, it is possible for companies to find cheaper materials on other countries, exchanging information to develop technologies to create more efficient production, and conducting internatonal trades to leverage other countries' taxation system.

RideAnS [48]

Answer: e. None of the above are false. They are all TRUE.

Explanation:

Until 1880 most immigrants came from the British Isles, Germany, and Scandinavia. After that, a growing proportion of newcomers came from southern Italy, the Turkish empire, Greece, Russia, and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. By 1896 the new immigration exceeded the old one for the first time.

Finding a job was the main reason for immigrants to come to the US, and that´s why they ended up in the big cities, where there were more chances for employment.

ladessa [460]

Two examples of inefficient outcomes derived from information problems are when firms pay every employee the same because they do not know their rate of production (option 1), and when workers are not hired due to lack of credentials (option 2).

In businesses, productivity and outcomes depend on different factors such as:

  • Resources.
  • Workers.
  • Management.
  • Information.
  • Among others.

From these factors, one of the most important is information because based on this, the other factors are appropriately or inappropriately managed. Due to the above, information issues might affect productivity, two examples are:

  • Firms pay every employee the same because they do not know their rate of production: This problem derives from the lack of information about employees' rate of production and can increase costs or decrease production.
  • Workers are not hired due to lack of credentials: Lack of information about candidates' skills can make firms not hire the best employees and this indirectly reduces productivity.
