Strategies that would be helpful and could be recommended in mitigating negative aspects of aging could be with the use of taking up healthy foods that is recommended for the body. This will make people look younger for it is able to supply the body’s needs and to fight it with foreign substances that could consume the body, making it healthier and younger. Another recommended way, is to be able to do exercises at least five to six times a week for the body to burn off the calories, in a way this will make the body healthier and fit. Lastly, it is also best that an individual should take up water at least eight glasses a day, for the body to have more fluids and for the body to not experience dehydration.
