4 |x + 4|  +  \not5 >  \not5 \\ 4 |x + 4|  > 0 \\ 4 |x + 4|  = 0  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: |  \div 4 \\  |x + 4|  = 0 \\ x + 4 = 0 \\ x =  - 4 \\ x \in \:  r  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ( - 4)

Answer: The inequality is true for any value of x, except when X = -4
