Gluten is a general term for proteins that commonly found in wheat.
If a person is gluten intolerance, he could choose to eat gluten-free foods that rich in nutrients such as :
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Lean Meat
- Beans such as pinto beans or black beans
- Wild Grain such as brown rice or red rice

If you like to run, it is probably the best, in my opinion. If you are
already running, keep it up. Run in moderation (forget the
marathons….think long term, not long distance).
