A highly intelligent 8 year old can use an AED, their's pictures and a man telling you what to do. Their isn't training required to use it because of the good Samaritan laws, and they are very useful. AEDs are the most important step in fixing out of hospital cardiac arrest.

Once I got into a huge fight with my brother. He was refusing to listen to my point of view, so I got very frustrated. I ended up storming off to my room and hurting myself. Instead, I should have tried to talk it out with my brother, or tell a parent.
