She ran 4 miles a day last week this week she ran 5 miles how did adding a mile most likely affect her work out

Well maybe her weight might of been one of the problems but if she was running up hill of course it would of been alot harder her legs would of slowed down alot and her breathing would be heavy and not breathing right.
