Well, if you walk up to a person that has a bad personality how do you think that will affect the communication? If their character is gloomy and sad how will that affect the communication between an always angry, hateful person or to a happy and a person full of energy? Personality is someone's character and it makes a big influence when communicating to people.

The remains of a teenage girl, aged 15–17 at her death, and nicknamed <u>"Naia"</u>,  <em><u>that are more than 12,000 years old</u></em>, were inside a flooded cave located near <em><u>Tulum, Quintana Roo in Mexico</u></em>. They were recovered in 2007 by the cavers Alejandro Álvarez, Alberto Nava and Franco Attolini, of the<em><u> Tulum Speleological Project (PET)</u></em>, dedicated to the registry of the underwater heritage of the region. Answer:

social loafing

Explanation:

Social loafing: In social psychology, the term social loafing is defined as the phenomenon in which an individual is prone to give less effort on a particular task if he or she is involved in a group rather than working alone.

When an individual tends to work in a group then he or she tends to improve his or her accomplishment on a particular task by enhancing his or her talent and skills in that particular group. Social loafing gets promoted through the size of the group.

In the question above, the decrease in Jerry’s effort would be best described in terms of social loafing.
