why is it harder to determine exposure to airborne transmitted diseases than exposure to bloodborne transmitted diseases?
ira [324]

Blood borne transmitted diseases can be easily traced back to its sources as they need a physical medium to transfer which we can measure, calculate, contain and treat while air borne transmitted diseases lack this feature. The microorganism do not need a physical medium to transfer from one host to another making it difficult to contain the virus.

The term apoptosis is related to
morpeh [17]

A natural process of self-destruction in certain cells, such as epithelial cells and erythrocytes, that are genetically programmed to have a limited life span or are damaged. Apoptosis can be induced either by a stimulus, such as irradiation or toxic drugs, or by removal of a repressor agent. The cells disintegrate into membrane-bound particles that are then eliminated by phagocytosis. Also called programmed cell death
