An electric toaster takes in electrical energy from the power outlet and converts it into heat, very efficiently. If you want your toast to cook quickly, you need a toaster that radiates as much heat as possible each second onto your bread

A toaster converts electrical energy to heat (or thermal) energy.  A toaster is an electrical device used for making toasts. The process involves putting pieces of bread in the slots of a toaster and using electricity to heat them. The heat is provided by coils that heat up due to passage of electricity and we end up with toasted bread or simply, toast.

An athlete is working out in the weight room. He steadily holds 50 kilograms above his head for 10 seconds. Which statement is t
postnew [5]

Answer:

A. The athlete isn’t doing any work because he doesn’t move the weight.

Explanation:

We must remember the definition of work, which says that work is equal to the product of mass by the distance displaced. In this case, the athlete only does work when he lifts the weight from the ground to the point where he holds the weight suspended.

So when he's holding the weight, he doesn't do any work.

What is the difference between rutherford's model of the atom and bohr's model of the atom
Amanda [17]

Answer:

Rutherford described the atom as consisting of a tiny positive mass surrounded by a cloud of negative electrons. Bohr thought that electrons orbited the nucleus in quantised orbits. Bohr built upon Rutherford's model of the atom. ... So it was not possible for electrons to occupy just any energy level.

At higher speeds, how would you compensate for the decrease in field of vision
inysia [295]
When you ride a vehicle in a fast speed, then your peripheral vision will reduce that is why there is a need for you to follow the direction of the objects when you are travelling in order for you to compensate to the decrease in the field of vision.
