A spreadsheet or graphing calculator is useful for this.
In matrix terms, the matrix of factor ratings is pre-multiplied by the vector of weights. That is, the numbers in each column (E#1, E#2, W) are multiplied by the number in the weight column and the resulting products are added to form a total for the column.
In the attached, this is done by putting the factor values in 3-element lists, then multiplying and adding the lists as you can see for the expression f₁. The table shows the results, with x₂=1 corresponding to E#1.
