The Supreme Court decision that was rendered invalid by Brown vs. the Board of Education was Plessy vs. Ferguson. In this case, the Supreme Court ruled that racial segregation of facilities was constitutional as long as the facilities were equal in quality.  However, this was rendered invalid by Brown vs. Board of Education in which racial segregation was ruled unconstitutional.
