Answer:

3) From 37 km/h to 47 km/h

Explanation:

Kinetic Energy: This is the energy posses by a body in motion. The Unit of kinetic energy is joules. And it is expressed mathematically as,

Ek = 1/2mv².................... Equation 1

ΔEk = 1/2m(v₂² - v₁²)...................... Equation 2

Where ΔEk = change in kinetic energy,  m = mass of the body, v₁ = initial velocity, v₂ = final velocity of the body.

<em>Note: The mass of the car is constant in both cases.</em>

When the body accelerate from 27 kh/h to 37 km/h

ΔEk₁ = 1/2m(37²-27²)

ΔEk₁ = 1/2m(640)

ΔEk₁ = 320m J.

When The body accelerate from 37 km/h to 47 km/h

ΔEk₂ = 1/2m(37²-47²)

ΔEk₂ = 1/2m(840)

ΔEk₂ = 420m J

From the above,

ΔEk₂ > ΔEk₁.

Hence the correct option is 3) From 37 km/h to 47 km/h

An object is located 70 cm from a concave mirror with a focal length of 15 cm. What is the image
Stels [109]

(a) The distance of the image formed by the concave mirror is 19.1 cm.

(b) The image formed is diminished and real.

<h3>Image distance </h3>

The distance of the image formed by the concave mirror is calculated as follows;

1/f = 1/v + 1/u

1/v = 1/f - 1/u

1/v = 1/15 - 1/70

1/v = 0.05238

v = 1/0.05238

v = 19.1 cm

The image distance is smaller than object distance, thus the image formed is diminished and real.

There is a naturally occurring vertical electric field near the Earth’s surface that points toward the ground. In fair weather c
trasher [3.6K]

Answer:

\frac{F}{W} = 9.37 \times 10^{-4}

Explanation:

Radius of the pollen is given as

r = 12.0 \mu m

Volume of the pollen is given as

V = \frac{4}{3}\pi r^3

V = \frac{4}{3}\pi (12\mu m)^3

V = 7.24 \times 10^{-15} m^3

mass of the pollen is given as

m = \rho V

m = 7.24 \times 10^{-12}

so weight of the pollen is given as

W = mg

W = (7.24 \times 10^{-12})(9.81)

W = 7.1 \times 10^{-11}

Now electric force on the pollen is given

F = qE

F = (-0.700\times 10^{-15})(95)

F = 6.65 \times 10^{-14} N

now ratio of electric force and weight is given as

\frac{F}{W} = \frac{6.65 \times 10^{-14}}{7.1 \times 10^{-11}}

\frac{F}{W} = 9.37 \times 10^{-4}

What is Speed? the ability to rest the ability to rest the ability to minimize the time cycle of a given movement the ability to
Vinvika [58]

Answer:

Speed is a scalar quantity that refers to "how fast an object is moving." Speed can be thought of as the rate at which an object covers distance. A fast-moving object has a high speed and covers a relatively large distance in a short amount of time.

Explanation:

The formula for speed is speed = distance ÷ time. To work out what the units are for speed, you need to know the units for distance and time.

Is a measure of how closely packed together the particles of matter are in a specific volume
Mnenie [13.5K]

Answer:
