For young people normal blood pressure is 120 - 70(130 - 80).How people getting older,the border of normal pressure is changing.Blood pressure you mentioned is normal for 70 yrs old male if that person don't have any difficulties like headaches,pain in torso,blurred vision etc.Hypertension can be controlled with medicines and today it presents problem that can be controlled very well.
