An "I statement" is a statement that begins with the word "I". In inter-personal communication, communicating effectively is paramount, especially in solving conflicts and when handling tense situations. I statements can be used to explain ones feelings. It allows one to take responsibility of their feelings, emotions and opinions without making others feel down or less for having diverse opinions and feelings.
They target teens because they are the future of the world. So, instead of saying the future educators of the world, its more like the future smokers of the world.
