Describe why some people might think guns and violence are "cool."
Trava [24]

Answer:

Guns are cool but vilonce is not

Explanation:

Guns in Amerca are mostly used for recreation purposes but people do use them for bad things, And the people who do that, most of them got their fierarms illegaly. In fact, In america guns are used to save the lives of 500,000 to 3 million people each year by legal-firearm-owning Americans. According to the FBI. Their are also about 30,000 deaths related to fierarm involved crimes, so more crimes are stopped than killed with firearms. From my experiences with anti-gun activists is that they don´t know stuff about firearms. I know alot of people who think fully-automatic weapons are leagal. They are not. My point is, if you don know about somthing, dont pretend you do. thats just like me trying to ban keybord manufacturing when I don´t know nothing about the keybord industry. I reccomend you go to your local gun-shop and purchase a firearm, just a cheap one and see the back-ground check proccess. You might even not need to buy one, just aske them if you could see the background check proccess.

1. True or False: A low BAL will always cause a hangover. True False
liberstina [14]
1. I am completely sure that this statement is false. Because HIGH BAL will ALWAYS cause a hangover. BAL is a blood-alcohol level, which means a level of alcohol intoxication. High BAL can be produced drinks with congeners, like whiskey, tequila and cognac.

2. According to its definition, complete statement should look like this: perception is what gives meaning to our senses. Perception is our ability to see or feel something. It helps us understand something or to become aware of something.

3. I am completely sure that judgment is the first ability affected by alcohol. High blood-alcohol level badly affects your judgement, coordination, vision and memory. Drinking alcohol increases your risk for life threatening diseases.

4. If my memory serves me well, the statement should be completed like this: Alcohol, or any other drug which reduces the supply of oxygen in the bloodstream, can impair the sensitivity of the cones which, in turn reduces the visual acuity or sharpness.
5. Hand-eye coordination, walking, and balance, also known as coordination, are adversely affected by alcohol. As I've mentioned it before in question 3 the coordination is badly affected by alcohol.

6. As far as I remember, short-term side effects of alcohol and other drugs include disrupted sleep. But it depends on an individual. All of the above can be the side effects of alcohol and other drugs. But if you need to choose only one option, than its the first one.

7. I am pretty sure that alcohol can increase fatigue because it's one of the effects of high blood-alcohol level. Driving while fatigued can cause slow reaction time and decreased headlights speed.

8. In my view, the correct answer is: In the case of distance judgment, the brain receives two slightly different images from the two eyes. Brain receives nerve signals produced by encoding this images.

9. I am 100% sure that speed in addition to the effects of alcohol greatly reduces a driver's vision. Affected by the alcohol, driver's field of view is reduced and speed reduces it even more.

10. I think that this statement is definitely TRUE, because the kidneys are responsible for excreting excess water.
