Ascends four floors with 6 people from the lobby

It is now on floor 4

Ascends another two so it is now on floor 4 + 2 = 6

That will be 6 + 2 -3 = 5th floor

Ascends 8 more , then descend 2

That will be 5 + 8 -2 = 11

Descends another 2, making 11 - 2 = 9

It is stucked on floor 9
