Sometimes your emotions can determine what you eat and how much you eat.


Time- You might be bored and have nothing else to do with your time, so you start to eat.


Place- You are somewhere where food is a big deal. You eat about everything so you don't make someone feel down.


Mood- You just might be in the right mood to eat.


Reason- You think that because something stressful has occurred that that gives you a reason to start eating.
