This disorder starts form the pituitary gland  and this condition is known as cushing's syndrome . That gland is too much adrenocortropin hormone.

This syndrome is caused when body is exposure to an excess of hormone. Cortisol affects tissues and organs in the body. There is no way to prevent a tumor that causes cushing's syndrome.
