I'm not entirely sure but I think this is true (?) because rescue breathing should only be used if any of the following happened to the victim: drowning, drug overdose, collapse due to breathing problems, an unresponsiveness in infants or children, an unconsciousness adult that isn't breathing normally, and if they are having prolonged cardiac arrest.

I would explain to my parent or guardian that they can help to prevent bullying by building a strong relationship with their child. I would explain that they need to help teach emotional and interpersonal skills. They can do this by when there is a conflict have everyone involved name the various feelings and perspectives they have so that everyones opinion is heard. As well as encourage supportive friendships and constructive peer groups. Teaching children about the proper way to handle their feelings is a main point in helping to prevent bullying in schools.
