I think the answer is C. walking with a limp on the right side . After looking into the National Center for Biotechnology Information's paper on abusive head trauma or shaken baby syndrome, I have come to the conclusion that C is the best option. A baby that has abusive head trauma can experience Feeding problems , Bulging fontanel, and Irritability. A limp would be more common if the baby had a hip, leg, or back problem.

I hope this helps!
