In 1926 the very first SAT test asked if a man's salary is $20 a week and he spends $14 a week how long will it take him to save $300?

If he spend $14 a week he has $6 left to save. So you know that 6 muliplied by unknown is 300. You can workout the unknown by reversing the sum so it's 300 devided by six then you will get the answer. Hope this helped!
