10. x=5, y isn't shown anywhere

Step-by-step explanation:

9. The side AB is shared between the two triangles.

It is given that angle A and angle B are congruent.

It is given that AQ is congruent with BP.

Using these three, you can say that  Triangle ABQ is congruent to Triangle BAP because of SAS congruency.

Circle=27, triangle=18, and square=26

Start with the second question. If you divide 36 by 2, you get 18 which is the value for the triangle. Now since you know the value of the triange you subtract it from 45. (45-18=27) 27 is the value of the circle. Lastly, subtract 27 from 53 to get the value of the square (53-27=26). Hope this helps!

A boutique prices merchandise by adding 80%. It later decreases by 25% the price of items that do not sell quickly. Does the ord
k0ka [10]
The order you apply the adjustments does make a difference because the percents that are applied will be applied to different amount.

For example, 80% of 100 = $80.  The price would be $180.

Decreasing this by 25% 25% of 180 = $45; 180-45 = $135.

25% of 100 is not the same as 25% of 180.
