Answer:

Here are 6 tips I can give you that I have learned. Hope they are helpful! <3

Explanation:

1. Adopt a routine schedule: Try to maintain a regular, routine sleep/wake schedule

2. Avoid taking daytime naps: People who nap have more difficulty falling asleep at nighttime.

3. Avoid caffeine : Caffeine is a brain stimulant that interferes with good sleep

4. Use the bedroom for what it’s meant to be used for: Don’t get into the habit of watching TV, eating, or performing any other activities in your bed.

5. Avoid bedtime snacking: Avoid sugar or carbohydrates within two hours of sleep.

6.If you can’t fall asleep: If you are unable to fall asleep within thirty minutes, get up and do something relaxing, such as light reading or taking a warm bath.

Drink a glass of water before you sleep don’t eat late night try and put some relaxing music or sleep meditation on!! You can also drink camomile tea before bed. Also melatonin works wonders for me start with a small dose then work your way up if it doesn’t help!

Discuss the magnitude of the problem of lack patient understanding of their healthcare.
skelet666 [1.2K]
  • The cost of drug errors has been estimated at US$ 42 billion yearly globally, making them a primary cause of damage and preventable harm in healthcare systems.
  • In high-income countries and low- and middle-income countries, respectively, 7 and 10 out of every 100 hospitalized patients contract a healthcare-associated infection.
  • Up to 25% of patients experience difficulties as a result of unsafe surgical care methods. Every year, over 7 million surgical patients experience serious problems, and 1 million of them pass away during or right after an operation.
  • A burden of harm estimated at 9.2 million years of life lost to disability and death worldwide (known as Disability Adjusted Life Years (DALYs)) is attributed to unsafe injection practices in healthcare settings, which can spread diseases like HIV and hepatitis B and C and directly endanger patients and healthcare professionals.
  • In outpatient care settings, 5% of individuals experience diagnostic mistakes, of which more than half have the potential to be seriously harmful. In most cases, a diagnostic error will occur within a person's lifespan.

Which of the following is a factor that affects the velocity and duration of muscle contraction?A) number of muscle fibers stimu
snow_tiger [21]

Answer: D) Muscle length

Explanation:

Muscle length determines its ability to produce enough strength for the task that requires it. This is so because, in human anatomy, the muscle has various types of muscle fibers. Some are longer and others are shorter. However, the optimal distribution of these fibers over the muscle (that is, that their different lengths are balanced) will make it possible to concentrate the necessary force.
