4/10 and 6/15. I got these answers by multiplying the numerator and denominator by 2 to get 4/10 and then multiplied the numerator and denominator by 3 to get 6/15. If you were to simplify these fractions completely, you would be left with the original fraction, 2/5.

What are two fractions are equal to 2/5? Well, to answer this just multiply a number to the numerator and the denominator and volia! you have your new fraction which is equal to 2/5.

2/5

2 × 3 = 6
---------------
5 × 3 = 15

6/15

2 × 5 = 10
---------------
5 × 5 = 25

10/25

Two fractions which are equivalent to 2/5 are 6/15, 10/25. There are many more which are equal to 2/5 all you have to do is multiply the numerator and the denominator by the same number.

The figure is reflected across line m and the reflected across line n. What type of transformation is the result?
slega [8]

It's a translation.

A reflection across a line is like flipping that object like a pancake over the line.  It gets turned upside-down.

When you flip the pancake again, now across a parallel line, it gets turned right-side up again, just in a new location.

Write the equation for a rational function with a hole at x = 6 and
Kisachek [45]

Answer:

x-6/x²-x-30

Step-by-step explanation:

(x-6)(x+5)

x²-x-30

when you factor out  x-6 you have a removable discontinuity and you have x+5 as your denominator and that would be the vertical asymptote since you can have a 0 as your denominator the V.A. would be x = -5.

Find the next two terms in this sequence.<br><br> 1,2,6,24,120, [??],[??]
love history [14]

Answer:

720, 5040

Step-by-step explanation:

It's always times plus 1. So,
1 x 2 = 2

2 x 3 = 6

6 x 4 = 24

24 x 5 = 120

120 x 6 = 720

720 x 7 = 5040

A particle whose mass is 4 kg moves in xyplane with a constant speed of 2 m/s in the positive x-direction along y = 6 m. Find th
s2008m [1.1K]

Answer: 32.8kgm^2/s

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Angular momentum is a product of linear momentum and the distance of the object from a rotation axis.

2. Linear momentum (L) is given as :

L = mv

Where: m= mass = 4kg

v= velocity= 2m/s

=> L = 8kgm/s

Angular momentum (A) = L x centre distance (d) of object from a rotation axis

d = √(0.9-0)^2 + (10-6)^2 = 4.1m

=> A = 8 x 4.1 = 32.8kgm^2/s.

Which of the following describes the end behavior of y= -x^2 + bc + c as x approaches either positive or negative infinity?
NNADVOKAT [17]
<span>y= -x^2 + bc + c represents a vertical parabola that opens down.  As x approaches either + or - infinity, the function approaches  - infinity.  Imagine an upside down parabola; doing so will confirm this answer.
