I'm pretty sure that the cell membrane acts as the cell wall if you understand what I'm saying. The cell membrane will be the outermost structure.

The plant cell membrane does not contain any.  The animal cell does.

materials and method: petri dish, agar, distilled water, hand gloves, nose mask, pipette e.t.c

methodology: pipette is used to measure the amount of water in a petri dish and placed outside where hands can not be touched for 24 hours, after then the water is taken to the lab and agar is added for bacteria growth, after 24 hours, if the microbial growth is seen on the cultured plate, then it shows that the air is contaminated with microorganism which mixes with water when exposed to air

precaution: i ensured personal protective equipment are worn throughout the experiment.

conclusion: it is ascertained that air is contaminated with microorganism as a result of the above performed experiment
