Answer:

One dimension of the objectification of women is that they tend to be responded to as "females," and their personal qualities and accomplishments are of secondary or very little importance.

Explanation:

Sexual objectification ocurrs when a person's sexual and physical attributes are separated from their personal qualities and these end up being dismissed. Objectification of women is a strong characteristic in a male dominant society, where women are seen not as people, but as objects of pleasure for men.

Thus, when a woman is portrayed in the media, little or nothing is said about her accomplishments or personality, all of which make her a human being, instead she is described by her gender and her appearance, as if she were an object.

DanielleElmas [232]

According to Kohlberg's stages of moral development, Doug is operating at “Pre-conventional Level”. The Pre operating level of Kohlberg (Stage Two) indicates that individuals act according to self-driven needs and what they can obtain in return.

In this case, Doug is in stage two of Pre conventional level since he believes he deserves to break a rule (stealing from work) because he is poorly paid, so his actions are focused on his personal needs and interests.
