These movements will begin to speed up the more you practice and your agility will go up. Working with others during this would add co-ordination with one another. The water is putting pressure around your body and with these movements, your muscles would begin to tear and strengthen, along with as long as you can preform these movements, it would be adding muscle endurance as well. The flexibility is from it loosening your joints. Body composition will begin to change as well, meaning you may lose quite a bit of weight during this due to it burning a lot of calories.
