See image attached. There is a small right triangle formed by the skyscrapper, there is a big right triangle formed by the sun.
angle \theta on a small and big triangle is the same.

To find the measure of the angle, use trigonometry ratio of tangent
\text{tan} \theta =  \dfrac{\text{opposite}}{\text{adjacent}}

plug in the numbers
\text{tan} \theta =  \dfrac{396}{322}
\theta =  \text{tan}^{-1} \left({\dfrac{396}{322} \right)
\theta = 50.884^{0}
or approximately 50°

Answer:

y=3/4m

Step-by-step explanation:

All proportional relationships have the form y=mx where m is the rate of change from the families donations x to the business donations y. We can find the rate of change m by substituting values we already know. We know when x=$12 then y=$9.

9=m*12

We solve for m by dividing by 12 on both sides.

m=9/12

This simplifies to 3/4 so

m=9/12=3/4.

The equation is y=3/4m
