Health

Hi there Lala!

My sister worked in a dental lab so it gave me a small insight of what happens!

In dental labs; they essentially work on the supplies (equipment) dentists use. They make teeth mounds, examine dental apparatus etc.

Dental technicians are essentially work in the background. Once the dentist has examined a patient and know what need to happen; they pass that information to the technicians so they can work on it and provide their service. They would be the people who make teeth mounds for observation and for braces.

Hope this helped :)

Which term refers to the surgical removal of a baby from the uterus?
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

cesarean section

Explanation:

A Cesarean section (C-section) is the surgical removal of the baby so it can be delivered. The baby is taken out through the mother's abdomen, also known as uterus. In the United States, almost one in three women has their babies this way and in the UK, caesarean section deliveries have increased from 19.7% of births in 2000 to 26.2% in 2015. Note: Just like with any surgery, your body needs time to heal afterward. Expect to stay in the hospital for three to four days after your delivery (longer if there are complications), and give your body up to six weeks to fully heal.
