A "service" as opposed to the other kind of economic commodity, the "good" is something that cannot be moved from one place to another, so it's not an object that can be picked up, touched and moved.
Here the services are concerts and doctor visits: they are something that happens, is delivered by a person to another person, but is not an object.
The action that a person does for someone else for money is called Service , while goods are the items that people buy. Food, toys, clothing and furniture are goods while actions such as medical check-ups, car repair, mail delivery and teaching are called services. Goods are tangible(But not always) while are services are produced by other people. Lack of ownership, intangibility and Inseparability are some of the characteristic f the services.
