It's 26 because the pattern is adding 5. To find the pattern, just subtract the numbers from the ones before so 11-6 and 21- 16 which both equal 5. Then just add 5 to the last number and you'll find it to be 26.

The next number is 26. The easiest way to do these kinds of problems without using the arithmetic equation and stuff is basically find the pattern between the numbers. 6 + 5 = 11. 11 + 5 = 16. 16 + 5 = 21. 21 + ? = ? From this, we see that the number 5 is being added so the next number is 21 + 5 which is 26. I hope this helps :-)

How do you work this out
oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

Below.

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the number of students in each grade you multiply the marks by the frequency density. The number of students is given by the area under the  rectangles.

So to find the number of students with grade U (< 160)  it is:

120 * 0.2 + 40*0.5

= 24 + 20

= 44.

The number for Grade E

= (200 - 160) * 0.5

= 40 * 0.5

= 20.

The others can be found in the same way.

48 + 32 written as a product of two factors
masha68 [24]

Answer:

12x5 or 16x(3+2)

Step-by-step explanation:

You can factor out 16 and get 16x(3+2). Both are factors of 48+32 because 3+2 is 5 and if you do 32+48 you get 60 which can be factored by 5. Or you can add them first to get 60 and then factor out 12 to get 12x5. Hope this helps!
