Answer:

cost per pound = $4.20

Step-by-step explanation:

Cheese cost per pound = ?

first for the cost per pound

cost per pound = total cost / pounds bought

cost per pound = $10.50 / 2.5 pounds

cost per pound = $4.20

to check the above answer is correct

cost per pound = total cost / pounds bought

cost per pound = $12.60 / 3 pounds

cost per pound = $4.20

Therefor, the cheese costs $4.20 per pound.

the pta is ordering pizza for their next meeting. they plan to order 2 cheese pizzas for every 3 pepperoni pizzas they order. ho
vova2212 [387]
10 cheese pizzas

use  simple ratio, 3:2 (3 pepperoni for every 2 cheese)
to make the ratio bigger, we substitute the "3" pepperoni for "15" pepperoni. then take the new amount, 15/3 original, you get 5. then multiply the 2 original cheese pizzas by that 5, and you get 10 cheese pizza's.

hope that helps

How do I solve 7√96m^3 ?
aksik [14]
I BELIEVE THAT ALL (96m^3) IS UNDER THE SQUARE ROOT.
If so : 96 could be written as 16x 6 & m³ could be written as m²xm:

7√(96m^3) = 7√(16 x 6 x m² m) =7[4m√(6m)]

=28m√(6m)

Archy [21]

Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

B is the correct answer.  Since Mrs. Hooper and Mr. Anderson had to call a total of 8 parents, you know the first equation must be either A or B (H + A = 8).

Since you know that Mrs. Hooper had to call 2 more parents than Mr. Anderson, the equation will have to have H + 2 on one side; that's how you know the correct answer is B.
