Answer:  0.2

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of ways to select r things out of n things = ^nC_r=\dfrac{n!}{r!(n-r)!}

Then , Total number of ways to select 2 out of 5 chores = ^5C_2=\dfrac{5!}{2!3!}=\dfrac{5\times4\times3!}{2\times3!}=10

Number of ways to selecting first 2 on list = 2 (either he choose top on the list first then second , or second person first then topper)

Now , the probability he will choose the first 2 on list = \dfrac{2}{^5C_2}=\dfrac{2}{10}=0.2

Hence, the probability he will choose the first 2 on list is 0.2.

Answer:

16 pi

Step-by-step explanation:

Since 2r is the circumference and the radius is 8, it's 8 x 2 which gives you 16. You don't need to add in the pi since they already gave you at the options.

Identify the following sequence geometric, arithmetic, or neither.1, 2, 4, 8, 16
OLEGan [10]

Answer:

Geometric

Explanation:

Here, we want to get the sequence type

In an arithmetic sequence, the difference between terms is the same

For a geometric sequence, the division of a succeeding term by a preceding term would yield the term called the common ratio

Now, let us consider the differences:

2-1\text{ is not the same as 4-2 }

This means that the sequence is not arithmetic

Now, let us test if geometric

Mathematically, we have that as:

\frac{4}{2}=\frac{2}{1}=\frac{8}{4}=\frac{16}{8}\text{ = 2}

This means that the given sequence is geometric

Answer:

the inequality is y>2x+1

I figured this out because watching the video showed me how to find the slope I first found my y-axis point then went down, knowing the symbol would be < I kept that in mind when I went to look for my x-axis after that put the two points into slope-intercept formula.

Leon had to buy fences, 1 yard fences would be 2$. He had to buy more yards of fences than the total he was looking for. the y-axis would be how much he spent and the x-axis would be the yards for the fences.
