  • having motivation and reasons to follow through
  • have good people around you who are able to help you through your processes.
  • understand that you have a problem and don't be ashamed to ask for help
  • remind your self consantly and realistically where you would be if you were/continued taking the substance.
  • remind yourself the things you want to do and why having an addiction is not apart of your plans
