It's A! Below your ribcage! (: It's just underneath. You may hear the phrase "sing from your diaphragm " they're just expressing that you should sing down deep! (: Technically, it's more so a phrase because if you attempt to sing from your diaphragm there's a bunch of muscle tightening, and definitely not comfortable!
I hope all is well, and you pass! (: Good luck, rockstar!

Dmitriy789 [7]

Answer:

First law: kinetic energy is used to turn an electric generator

Second law: some thermal energy is lost to the environment as it travels through the system

Explanation:

The first law of thermodynamics is known as the law of conservation of energy. It states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed but can only be transferred or changed from one form to another. When thermal energy is used to generate electricity, the kinetic energy of the steam is used to turn the electric generator (thereby producing electrical energy).

The second law of thermodynamics states that energy transfer or transformation leads to an increase in entropy resulting in the loss of energy. This law also states that as energy is transferred or transformed, some is lost in a form that is unusable. When thermal energy is used to generate electricity, some of the thermal energy is lost to the environment as it travels through the system.

1-Calculate Req
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

1. 21.66 Ohms

2.  3.38 A

3. 6.7 V

Explanation:

1. Req = 6+2 = 8 Ohms (2 and 6 are in a series circuit)

  Req = 1/8 +1/4 = 3/8 = 8/3 = 2.66 Ohms (8 and 4 are parallel, so we will add them using this equation)

  Req = 2.66 + 1 + 9 + 3 + 6 = 21.66 Ohms

2. I = V/R = 9/2.66 = 3.38 A (In a series circuit, the current is the same across the resistors, so we will add them and divided them by 9 volts)

3. V = IR = 3.38 x 2 = 6.7 V (In a series circuit, the voltage is different, so each resistor will have a different voltage.)

I hope this helps.  I am not an expert in physics but its ok :)
