The eye has 3 layers: The outer layer, the middle layer and inner layer. The outer layer is composed of the sclera, cornea and iris. The sclera is the white eye, the cornea is an opaque tissue, sits in front of the eye and it allows light to enter into the iris.

1) physical wellness is about doing what you can to help strengthen and care for your body taking steps before, during, and after your treatment can help you manage the effects of the illness and side effects of treatment

2)emotion health is an important part of overall health

Beware of your emotions and reaction:notice when your life makes you sad, frustrated, or angry. try to address or change those things.

Manage stress: learn relaxation methods to cope with stress. these could include deep breathing, meditation, and exercise

As for mental health

They do not become overwhelmed by emotions, such as fear, anger, love, jealousy, guilt, or anxiety

They laugh at themselves and others

3)It is about nurturing ourselves, others, and our relationship. social wellness involves openly communicating needs, feelings, thought and desires to those we trust, and actively listening with empathy when they share with us
