Displacement=215 km

using equation of motion

v^2-u^2=2as

where

v=final velocity

u=initial velocity

a=acceleration

s=displacement

v^2-3250^2=2\times (-10)\times 215

v^2=3250-4300

v=3249.33 m/s

R-r = \sqrt{\left ( 10.7 \right )^{2}-4\times 8.36}=9 ..... (4)

By solvng equation (1) and (4), we get

R = 9.85 ohm , r = 0.85 ohm
