 Well for self you can go out and buy urself things and be happy with urself. You have to build up you're confidence. You have to believe that you can do almost anything. You just have to really boost yourself up. 

  When it comes to other people it depends on who it is. You have to get to know the person, what they like and what they don't. When you find that out see how comfortable they are with showing affection. You can see with how much they compliment you, touch you, and overall just body language.
